Powers: Peek-A-Boo teleported anytime she met a concussive force, and the wake of her teleportation created a tremendous explosion.

History: (Flash II #180) - Medical student Lasahwn Baez' father Tomas was diagnosed with glomerulonephritis and she dropped out of school to care for him. She tried to donate one of her kidneys to save his life, but an accident during the transplant left the organ unusable. She suddenly gained metahuman powers, and took the identity Peek-A-Boo. She teleported into Central City Medical School and stole a kidney, and prepared to operate on her father. Flash and Cyborg followed her, and Flash overloaded her powers by forcing her to teleport over a hundred times in under a minute. She was handed over to the police and sent to Iron Heights.

(Flash II #192) - Flash made an effort to get charges against Peek-A-Boo dropped because she committed theft in an attempt to save her father’s life. Hunter Zoloman was coming to Iron Heights to interview her, so Wolfe told the guards to make sure she was too drugged to talk about the brutality in the Heights. As the guards tried to inject her Gorilla City gorillas invade the eights and shutting down the Heights power. Peek-A-Boo used the opportunity to teleport out of jail.

(Flash II #195, 196) - Peek-A-Boo’s father got another kidney transplant, but his body rejected it and he was dying. Peek-A-Boo wanted to see him before he died, but she got into altercations with a hospital security guard and Flash. After Tomas died Peek-A-Boo and Flash fought, but after one teleportation and explosion Flash was temporarily paralyzed and his pregnant wife Linda Park was hurt. Peek-A-Boo told Flash she wanted to be a hero, but the city labeled her a villain. She took Linda to get medical treatment and turned herself in.
