Powers: Oliver Truly could transform into Osprey, an avatar of war, and as Osprey he possessed enhanced senses, strength, durability and healing and possessed sharp claws.

History: (Hawk & Dove V #2) - Osprey had a brief career as an avatar of war. Condor pursued Osprey, and after an intense battle subdued him. Osprey woke up tied to a chair, and Condor introduced him to his assistant Rachel Phelps. Rachel stabbed Osprey to death with Condor’s enchanted dagger, transferring Osprey’s avatar powers to herself, and taking the new identity of Swan. Condor and Swan embraced and kissed. Condor said they needed new playmates, so their next targets would be Hawk and Dove, avatars of war and peace.
