Powers: Orpheus was a skilled martial artist who incorporated dance movements into his combat technique. Orpheus wore a helmet equipped with a camera to record crime scenes, gloves that could emit sonic pulses, and body armor that could camouflage him to his surroundings.

History: 

(Batgirl I #56) - Black Mask stood over Orpheus’ body, wondering if he was as important to Batman’s plans as Spoiler said he was. Black Mask was pleased to find a miniature batphone hidden in Orpheus’ helmet.
