Examples of its' powers include flight, phasing, creating giant objects formed of energy, and force fields. 

History: (Green Lantern / Sinestro Corps: Secret Files #1) - Opto309v rallied his homeworld against an attack by Lady Styx, and his great bravery led to him being chosen for the Green Lantern Corps.
