Powers: OMAC possessed superhuman strength and was an excellent combatant. His link to the computer Brother Eye allowed him to tap Eye for information, as well as a boost in his strength and durability levels, or to form a molecular shield around him.History: In the world that's coming alien Professor Z invented a machine that correctly predicted the future 98% of the time, and learned that a Great Disaster would destroy Earth's civilizations. He became mentally unhinged, but his fellow aliens traveled to Earth posing as humans, and formed the Global Peace Agency to battle humanity's ills. Buddy Blank was a partisan stock boy chosen to be the subject of Project OMAC. GPA scientist Myron Forest launched Brother Eye, an advanced satellite computer, and performed computer hormone surgery on Blank, making him a supersoldier, and linking him to Brother Eye. Buddy was now the One Man Army Corps, and could carry out assignments from the GPA that required force.
(Kamandi #1) - OMAC failed to prevent the Great Disaster, and after losing contact with Brother Eye he was back to being Buddy Blank. He brought his grandson to Command D, an underground military complex meant to protect the few remaining humans from the radiation levels on the surface. He raised the boy Kamandi, named after the bunker, and educated him using old microfilms and military manuals. When he reached toung manhood Buddy sent Kamandi out into the world to reclaim the surface. In the years they'd spent in the bunker humans had devolved into savages, and animals were now intelligent and bipedal. A raiding party of Rat-Men broke into Command D and shot Buddy to death. Kamandi returned to find the man who raised him dead and mowed down the Rat-Men with his firearm, avenging Buddy.
