History: (Titans II #28-30) - Nursery Cryme was a lunatic who preyed on children, and ended up as an inmate in Arkham Asylum. Deathstroke’s Titans ame to Arkham to liberate inmate Allegra Garcia on behalf of a client, and bribed a guard for the run of the asylum. After they double-crossed him he flipped a switch that released all the inmates Nursery Cryme was confronted by Titan Cinder, one of his victims, and wondered how she managed to grow up with all the hate he left her with. He controlled her with his singing, and had her tell him about the traumatic events in her life that didn’t involve him. Nursery Cryme thanked her for helping him get free, and told her he looked forward to touching the lives of many more children. As he walked away from his cell Cinder promised she’d find him and kill him.
