Powers: Neptune’s Giant possessed superhuman strength and durability, and could transform a fish into a merman or a human into a half-fish.

History: (Sea Devils #8) - Neptune appointed his giant as a guardian of a treasure ship graveyard filled with valuables. Nurro, a fish in love with fish princess Serra, dared trespass, so Neptune’s Giant took Serra hostage, and turned Nurro into a merman, an outcast of sea and land. Nurro later returned with the heroic Sea Devils to free Serra, but the Giant simply turned each Devil into a half-human half-fish. The Giant tried to force them into gladiatorial combat for his amusement, but their half-fish minds were snapped into action when a shark, a swordfish, and an octopus imperiled the beloved Sea Devil Judy. The Devils used a floating mine to destroy Neptune’s Giant, turning them and Nurro back to normal, and allowing Nurro to reunite with his love.
