Powers: Neon could fly and project powerful bolts of energy from his hands.

History: French Foreign Legionnaire Tom Corbett was stationed in Africa in 1939 when he discovered an oasis of glowing water. Drinking from the oasis he gained superpowers and became Neon The Unknown. Neon served as a solo hero and as part of the Freedom Fighters. Neon was killed in the bombing of Pearl harbor.
