Powers: Ohm was a skilled inventor and traveled in a plane equipped with a super-magnet and flame throwers.

History: (Superman I #51) - Mr. Ohm's gang robbed armored cars, but when Brighton Armored Company replaced their cars with tanks he knew he'd need a new approach. He armed his gang with military weaponry and sent them after the tanks, knowing they'd fail, because he wanted to rid himself of help he no longer needed. Mr. Ohm built a plane equipped with a super-magnet to hijack the tanks, and Superman couldn't stop them because the magnet repelled a magnetic substance in Superman's costume. During their next hijack Superman built his own super-magnet to counteract Ohm's and catch the crook.

Due to the Crisis on Infinite Earths, Ohm's existence was erased from DC continuity.
