PowersDollface physically resembled, andwas dressed like a rag doll, and committed doll-themed homicides. She was armed with teddy bears stuffed with 50 lb. bowling balls.

History(DC Comics Presents #39) - Dollface committed doll-themed killings in Acme City, and was sent to an insane asylum. She broke out, and aided by her criminal compatriot Fliptop, was intent on stealing from the Acme City Toymakers Expo when they discovered that reformed Superman villain Toyman’s toy, Waldo, the Wind-Up Woofer, barked at a frequency that unlocked a nearby vault. The villains stole Toyman’s toy to go for the score, and he was furious at anyone touching his toys and tracked them down. They all decided to team up and split the vault’s loot. Superman and Plastic Man responded, and easily handled the bad guys

Dollface, like all of Plastic Man's Adventure Comics villains, was a parody of the grotesque villains in Dick Tracy.
