Powers: Damien had a keen, analytical mind and was an expert in the fields of business, politics, psychology, law, military tactics, technology and science. He had global connections to different governments and underworld organizations and had access to hi-tech weaponry.

History: (Titans Secret Files #1) - Damien was a major underworld figure in America, although his connections spread across the globe. He was wanted by the C.I.A. and F.B.I., but they couldn't find hard evidence against him, and were baffled by how a young man apparently in his early twenties could have come so far in the crime world.

Damien targeted the superteam the Titans, and used his connections with H.I.V.E. to bedevil them. During a battle with the Titans Damien was shot and killed by Vandal Savage.
