Powers: Condiment King was armed with a nozzle-gun that sprayed various condiments, including ketchup, relish and mustard. One condiment caused anaphylactic shock, and he possessed a mustard bomb.

History: (Robin II #171) - Condiment King was released because juries and parole boards never took him to be a serious threat. He tried to rob a bank with the ‘Scoville Bomb,’ loaded with double cayenne, and told the teller anything could happen if he was asthmatic. Batman and Robin arrived on the scene, and Batman knocked the King out with one punch.

Condiment King was created for Batman: The Animated Series and first appeared in  the episode 'Make 'Em Laugh.'
