Powers: Cicero's Cat was an imaginative and intelligent kitty.

History: (Green Lantern I #4) - The local mouse union gave Cicero's Cat a Christmas present, which turned out to be a jack-in-the-box with a dog's head.

(Green Lantern I #4) - Cicero's Cat played with some gum on the sidewalk, making it into a cat's cradle before becoming completely entangled in it.

(Green Lantern I #4) - Cicero brought a dog into the house, and it constantly scrapped with his cat, so he bought a cat mask for the dog and a dog mask for the cat to fool them.

(Green Lantern I #4) - Cicero's Cat daydreamed about beating up an imaginary dog, but when the real dog in the hose chased him he ran through the panels of the comic strip he was in.
