History: (Justice League of America #235) - The Cadre was brought together and given their powers by the alien parasite Overmaster. Overmaster pitted them against the JLA, supposedly to determine the fate of Earth. The JLA discovered the alien being that Overmaster was drawing his powers from, and convinced this being to remove the Cadre from the field of battle.

(Green Lantern IV #12) - The Cadre were present for a gathering of bounty hunters, intergalactic and Earthbound that took place six hundred feet under Thames.
