Powers: Bob Smurd emanated intense radiation and his touch caused radiation burns and sickness and death soon after.

History: (Hitman #22) - Bob Smurd was a janitor at a Gotham City nuclear power plant and was a truly miserable human being who hated Christmas. He was accidentally knocked into nuclear waste by a co-worker and gained superhuman powers. He thought for a second about becoming a superhero, but after he touched his co-worker and burned him down to his bones he realized he’d make a better supervillain. Smurd dressed up as Santa Claus and began a reign of terror to make other people hate Christmas as much as he did. Supervisors at the plant didn’t want the bad publicity of having created another metahuman and contracted Hitman and his sidekick Natt the hat to kill Smurd. They found Smurd in the Mall of Mammon, where he was irradiating and killing the holiday shoppers. They drove their car into through the mall, hitting Smurd and pinning him against a wall. Smurd pleaded that he’d seen the error of his ways and loved Christmas now, but Hitman and Natt realized he was being disingenuous and gunned him down.
