Powers: Blizzard wore an environmental suit that he needed to sustain his life, and could generate cold.

History: Blizzard was a member of Dark Nemesis, a supervillain group of mercenaries hired by the Veil to defeat the Teen Titans II. Dark Nemesis failed, and were sent to prison.

(Titans II #21) - Dark Nemesis tried to break into S.T.A.R. Labs, but were defeated by the Titans. Troia took her frustration at Roy Harper being mutilated by Prometheus out on the villains, and had to be restrained.
