Powers: Anarky was a genius skilled in computer technology and invention. He was armed with gas bombs, throwing stars and a walking stick that delivered electrical shocks.History: Lonnie Machin was a brilliant yet disturbed 12 year old who believed the current justice system should be abolished. He assumed the vigilante identity of Anarky, claiming to be the voice of the people, and hunted down and killed criminals, leaving a spray painted A for anarchy in his wake. Batman tracked down Anarky and was surprised to learn that his new foe was but a child. Lonnie was sent to Gotham's Juvenile Corrections Hall.
(Sins of Youth: JLA, Jr. #1) - Anarky saved the JLA from being captured by the Point Men and led them back to his hq. The JLA needed to return to their Watchtower, but the nearest teleport pad was being guarded by the Point Men and the Agenda, so Anarky agreed to let them use his experimental teleport pad. He admitted to working on a teleport system that would let him break into the Watchtower, but still needed acknowledgement codes. Steel provided the codes so the JLA could use the teleport pad, but didn't tell him they were temporary codes that would expire after the JLA used them once.
(Green Arrow III #51) - A Star City center exploded, and Anarky was blamed as the terrorist responsible. Anarky sought out Green Arrow to clear his name, and Arrow saw him as the radical he once was in his youth. They found that brothers Mal and Pete Simons had pulled off a number of robberies by planting bombs, alerting the authorities, and robbing while it was defused. Star City was an accident, but they blamed Anarky to cover their tracks. Pete killed Mal, and Arrow and Anarky captured Pete. Anarky thanked Arrow for listening to him, and helping him clear his name, the only thing that mattered to him.
