Here is the NEW ranking system.
You must be ranked in the top three to get a World Title Shot. You must be ranked in the top 6 to get an Intercontinental Title Shot. And you must be in the top 10 to get a American Title Shot. And you must be in the top 15 to get a Hardcore Title Shot. Now you can face a champion, even if you don't have the right ranking. But it will be a Non-Title match. Now if you beat a champion in a Non-Title match, then you automatically get a Title Shot against the same chamion on the next card. Any Lightweight can go after the Lightweight title, and any Tag Team can go after the Tag Titles.
