Isaac Wilson and Ward Askew at Harrison, AR
A very good Friend explains the source of
this fine instrument. The old instrument was custom made in the late 19th century, and is called a Harpsichord Guitar. It is a fine piece of workmanship. The top strings are tuned fixed diatonic while the bottom 6 are as a regular Guitar. (1870-1890 era)
