I
This course uses a studio
approach focusing on producing various art forms. Problems are assigned to
study the elements of art as they relate to design, drawing, and painting.
Both visual observation and basic skills are stressed. Art Instruction is
enriched by computer research and the use of slides and
videos.
Art II
Art II begins with an
introduction to sculpture. Students complete at least three sculptures in
different media.Paper mache,plaster casting, clay and tile mosaics.
Art III
Art III includes in-depth
instruction in drawing,painting, and print making using a variety of techniques
and media.
