Full Moon

Duo was worried about his lover. Heero had been acting quite strange these last day, in fact he had that from time to time. Whenever Duo would ask about it, Heero would always shrug it off as if he didn't know about it himself. This happened each time when there was going to be a full moon… Also this time he couldn't stay for the night, a whole week long. The long haired kid wanted to know why, but he never got an appropriate answer. And this time, he was determined to find out. Tonight was the full moon…
The two boys were engaged in a deep, passionate French kiss and Duo was impatiently tugging at his boyfriend's shirt. He knew well enough how to turn the ex-pilot of the Wing Zero on. It was already getting late, so Duo had a decent excuse to stay for the night and he hoped on getting laid too. As he felt Heero arouse, he let go of the ex- soldier's lips for a moment.

"Want me to stay for the night?", he sexily whispered as he softly stroked the bulge in Heero's pants.

"Yes, goddamit!", Heero's brains screamed, but he softly said : "No…"

The long haired disengaged himself from Heero's arms, angrily standing up.

"Duo…", Heero desperately sighed.

"What?!", the other harshly shot, "I get your point, so you don't need me anymore. You have someone else to fulfil your needs. Then I guess I should leave right now…"

"That's not true and you know it!"

"Then why?!", Duo desperately shouted, but suddenly calmer, "Then why can't I stay whenever it's gonna be a full moon?"

The other sighed.

"So you noticed the period…"

Duo didn't answer.

"It's not that simple, Duo. But I'm certainly not seeing someone else… Please believe me, Duo, I'm saying this for your own good"

"I thought you loved me?"

"I do, Duo! Please don't doubt my feelings for you, but this has nothing to do with you. God, yes, I'd love to let you stay for the night, but it's just not possible"

"I still don't understand"

"I… I'm not quite myself when a full moon comes…", Heero softly admitted.

"How come? What happens to you then?"

"I can't keep myself under control then…"

"But you're calm as always…"

"Now I am. But I won't be when you manage to stay over for the night, certainly not when you'll be sleeping in my bed…"

Duo blinked his eyes a couple of times. Heero? Losing control? When they'll be having sex? No way! But if the braided boy could have his chance, he wouldn't let it slip though his fingers. He grinned to himself, moving back towards the couch where his lover was still sitting on. He plopped himself on his lap again, pulling Heero in a fervent, passionate French kiss before the kid could even say something. Duo wasn't planning on leaving tonight, he wanted to feel Heero at his very best and if he was going to lose control, then so be it!

Later that night…

"Duo, please go now…"

"No! I'm not leaving!"

"Duo! When those clouds slide away, there will be a full moon! Please believe me now.

I don't want to hurt you!"

"I believe you", Duo nodded.

"Thank you", Heero sighed.

"But I'm still not leaving!"

After those words, the last bit of the clouds slid away and a beautiful full moon was now visible high in the sky.

"You stubborn asshole!", Heero growled.

Duo was seriously shocked, his lover would never call him that, even if he had done something very bad. He looked out the window to see the moon high at the ink black, velvety sky, then he looked at his boyfriend. The braided boy blinked his eyes a couple of times, did he just see his lover's orbs flash golden for a split second?

"I warned you", Heero breathed, "Now you're gonna feel the consequences… All night long…"

"Woohoo!", Duo cheered, grinning.

"But that still doesn't mean you get to top me…"

"Damn you, Heero!"
