Well, without further ado here's the fic. *whispers to Sen-chan* This better be worth it.

Up Walk in Galaxy

"Remind me why we're here again?" Wufei asks, looking at Sally.

"All I know is Duo said it was something we wouldn't want to miss."

"Hn," Heero snorts, folding his arms. //What's that baka up to this time?//

The house lights dim, announcing the start of the evening's karaoke showcase. Quatre drags everyone to a centrally located table. His chair is scooted as close to Trowa's as he can manage. The pair are sipping from a single soda with two straws. The curtains pull back, revealing a pair of shadows on the stage. As the music begins the spotlights focus on the first shadow, which begins to sing in a husky tenor.

"When you go fishing you catch a boot or some other trash..."

Duo tosses an old boot and some other trash at the other shadow. Another spotlight shows it to be Relena. She glares at Duo and kicks the trash back in his direction. He grins and looks out into the audience. He waves to his friends and continues with the next line.

"When you play at cards you lose all your cash..."

Duo holds out a royal flush for the audience to see. Relena shows her cards and all she has is a pair of...jokers? She looks at him and glares then hands over her pink piggy bank. Duo winks at the crowd and sidles up to Relena.

"You're so pathetic, you never win and you never will! Not the kind of girl who'd make any guy feel a thrill!"

Relena's jaw drops and she stares at Duo as he smiles and dances out of reach. She follows him as he hops off the stage. He glances behind him to make sure she's following, then stops in the middle of an aisle and turns on her.

"I'm sorry you'll never be a God like me. Step aside, this is how it's got to be!"

Relena shakes a fist at Duo as he dodges her yet again. He dances towards his friends' table. Sally smiles at him, as does Quatre. Trowa nods slightly but his attention is obviously on Quatre. Wufei rolls his eyes at the Deathscythe pilot's antics. Duo whips around and those closest duck to avoid the braid.

Relena glares as he throws his arms around Heero and continues to sing.

"I'll get the guy, yes I'm the one who will always win the day! I'm strong and I am beautiful, what more can I say?"

Relena huffs and shakes her head. Sally giggles and leans closer to Wufei. Heero stares blankly at the fuming Relena and tries to wiggle free of Duo's hold. Not one to be shaken, Duo pulls Heero's chair out just enough to sit on the Wing pilot's lap. Smirking at Relena he winks and catches the next line of the song.

"I'll get the guy, he'll hold me close 'til the very end of time! When you lose, how you will moan and cry 'cause the guy will be mine!"

Relena, having had enough. marches over to Duo and yanks him off Heero's lap. She smiles brightly at the audience and moves to an empty chair. She sits primly in the chair and smoothes out her skirt. She clears her throat and begins to sing.

"While you've been bragging I had to laugh at your silly boast. Clearly I'm the one that he loves the most!"

Heero shakes his head violently and reaches for his gun. Sally and Quatre dive for it at the same time and wrestle the gun from him. Duo jumps up off the floor and laughs at Relena, twirling a finger around his ear. The audience laughs as they understand he's calling the girl crazy.

"Because I'm gentle and I'm refined like you'll never be- I have won his heart, it's a prize you won't steal from me!"

Heero grabs his self-detonation switch from Spandex Space and attempts to push the button. Trowa slips it from his fingers effortlessly. Heero gives him a death glare, but the tall pilot merely rolls his visible eye and shrugs. Duo smirks at Relena and pulls out his assortment of lockpicks. He waves them in her face as if to say, 'Yeah, right!' She glares at him and picks up her line.

"Forget it! Your words won't mean a thing in the end- He'll be glad not to see your face again!"

Heero grabs Wufei's katana and runs at Relena. She opens her arms, thinking that he's going to give her her first kiss. Duo makes a gagging face as she puckers her lips together. Wufei tackles Heero to the ground and grabs his katana.

"I'll get the guy each time I try, in a sweet and quiet way. I'm a queen, and you're a hopeless fool, that's all I can say!"

Duo turns back to Relena and glares at her. He moves towards her with his hands stretched out to strangle her. She hops off the chair and meets him face to face. She puffs herself up and glares at him. He pulls himself to his full height and glares down at her. They continue to glare at each other as she sings the last lines of the song.

"I'll get the guy, there's so much love he and I were meant to find. You can stay with all the other girls 'cause the guy will be mine!"

Duo tosses the microphone aside and jumps at Relena. She squeaks and throws her microphone at him then grabs his hair. The tumble to the ground in a mass of hair, limbs, and dust. Screaming and shouting can be heard as they each declare who is right for Heero. Quatre tires to break up the fight but gets punched in the nose for his trouble.

Audience members cheer on both fighters. Sally pulls Quatre aside to see how badly he's hurt. Wufei keeps his eyes focused on Heero for any more attempts on his own or Relena's life. Trowa growls and enters the fight. No one hurts his Little One! The manager sighs as he watches the fight.

"This is the tenth time this week!" he grumbles.
