okay, the hyundai slogan: "driving is believing". yes, driving IS believing, friends. after driving a hyundai, let me tell you what i believe.
ah, hyundai, sounds like honda, but not. no no, they are not hondas, my friends. this is the gimmick of hyundai. you have a cheap car that looks "futuristic" on the outside, until you realize that yes, it is made of plastic, and the name on the back, yes, it is a sticker. so you take the plastic car with stickers. you think, good gas mileage, right? wrong. well, maybe right for the first couple years. then everything starts to go downhill from there. your transmission starts to go. your check engine light comes on constantly. drive-thrus become an utter impossibility. and shocks? HA! what shocks? cobblestone, at two miles per hour, is your own private hell. you will become disgusted with the beads on your rearview mirror. and as everything declines, so does your gas gauge. and your wallet. "hello, laura? can you drive tonight? yeah, i know i filled up with the mid grade yesterday, but...." so friends, don't be fooled. small, compact, a dream to paralell park...but satan is their motor. and so, as you can see, driving truly is believing. the greater question is, what DOES hyundai want us to believe? rattle rattle thunder clatter boom boom boom, that's what.
