It's my first update in 2004. 2004... I remember seeing that number coming in as a freshman four years ago. It seemed so foreign, so distant. Class of 2004. At the time, it just seemed like a meaningless label. Like an insignificant number they just randomly selected for us, similar to our ID#. But now these four digits seem all too real, but surreal at the same time. It IS 2004. And in a couple months, it will all be over. The nightmare, the glory, the daze, the rat race, however way you want to look at it. This is it. It's finally coming to an end. It's high school. It's just high school. But you have to admit, it has been a journey, in one sense or another.
