The biggest bitch in music is none other then Axl Rose. Axl started being a bitch long ago. I'm not sure when the first bitch worthy act happened, but lets all go back to 1992. Guns N' Roses was co-headlining a tour with Metallica. The venue was in Montreal, Canada. Metallica was playing "Fade To Black" when James Hetfield was engulfed in a colored flame.
Now let's go to November 2002. Guns N' Roses are scheduled to play in Vancouver. Axl decides to be the only member of Guns N' Roses not to show up. As you could have guessed a riot broke out with people throwing rocks at police cars and smashing windows of the arena. One man was recorded on Television saying, "Axl is going to pay." Good God Axl these are your own fans. Now let's go to December ninth in Philadelphia. Guns N' Roses is set to play with CKY opening for them. The night of the concert CKY plays a forty minute set and is followed by DJ Mix Master Mike who spun for an hour. Now that adds up to 100 minutes, but it probably took around 30 minutes for Mike to play and around 30 minutes for the concert to start so lets say the crowd had been there for over 200 minutes. Now imagine this;
you sit there for 30 minutes.....nothing.
you sit there for another 30 minutes.....nothing.
you sit there for almost another 30 minutes.....something on the PA system.
"LADDIES AND GENTLEMEN WE BRING YOU.....................THE END OF THE CONCERT. THANK YOU FOR COMING."
Yep another no show, after the crowd had been there for what I'm going to say is around 300 minutes (five hours.) What is the outcome of this you ask? Another riot. Fans were reported chanting "Axl Sucks, Axl Sucks" at his own concert. On December 11, the whole tour, that ran through January, was canceled.
I can't say I'm surprised though. Guns N' Roses is dead as we used to know it. The only original member remaining in the band is our hero "Able to cause riots in a single bound" Axl Rose. Face it Axl you know it's over when your lead guitarist is this guy.
