Since the 1980's, ninja clans have decided to come out of hiding and spread from the rural areas of Japan to more populated regions of the world. Earning great deals of profit as assassins, these clans grew very formidable in the eyes of both the law and crimelords. Once they had established a place of respect in the underworld, the ninja clans looked on to a much safer and more profitable business: DRUGS. However, the crimelords bound together, blacklisting the clans, and soon the clans had no who would spend a dime on them, not even for assassinations. Flash forward to 2002: the ninja boycott has led to the dissolution of most clans, excluding the Ketsukusa and Tawagash, who are both on the brink of bankrupty. In one last effort, both clans attempt to kidnap the richest druglord's son. It's ninja vs. ninja vs. druglord in this crazy movie as all sides want one thing: MONEY!!!
