M&M Activism

In the summer of 1995, M&M's decided to hold a voting for which M&M color people wanted them to add to the rest. The choices were blue, violet, and pink. Blue won. But what they didn't tell us was that they were actually going to replace the tan M&M with the newly chosen color! Many disgruntled fans wrote to the M&M company asking what had happened to the tan M&M's. This was their reponse, which is obviously a coverup. Retired? Ha! Why would the tan want to retire when actually brown has been around much longer? Many tan fans think that they're actually holding the tan M&M captive and forcing him to talk that garbage by threatening him with a microwave. But why, you ask? Well, the reason is simple - the people at the M&M company are prejudice against the tan M&M's simply because of their color!!! Who do they think they are? The ignorant racists apparently think blue is a prettier, more attractive color. But it's what's on the inside that counts, right? And if thats the case, then all the M&M's are the same and they're shouldn't be an discrepancy, right?

And another thing, few people know this, but in 1941, they added a violet colored M&M to the rest, but sadly, in 1950, it was replaced by tan.

I say we all send complaints to the makers of M&M's demanding we have our tan back. Maybe if we're really lucky, they'll listen, and add them back. Who knows, maybe they'll even put violet back. You can write to them at:
