The Claim of Peerage and Other Notes

Is this lucid enough for you? Are these words coherent enough to invite humble consideration for those who can read the English language? If the following text threatened to invite a nervous breakdown would you even bother reading the next sentence? ... or would your curiosity save you from missing out on enjoying the other side of the nervous breakdown? Maybe, and that is why I bother, at all.

There is a matter before the Supreme Court of BC that appears to threaten those who would profit off a monopoly on sleep. They (the Supreme Court) have been officially aware since, at least, June 11th, 2009, at the City's appeal of the Adams' ruling. They requested and were given the file on the on the more recent appeal of a conviction of having a temporary abode during a daily, non s. 1 approved, across-the-board prohibition. In it is a description of the of the City being guilty of Contempt of Court and, along with, at least, two Provincial Court judges, Conspiracy to Undermine the Constitution and the Supreme Court of BC stemming from that  earlier BC Supreme Court ruling that found it was a deprivation of life, liberty and security of the person to prohibit homeless people from erecting temporary shelter and the subsequent response of the creation of another insane Bylaw.

So, what happens now? As I write this it is November 14th, 2009. They've had over 5 months to assimilate the information and formulate a response... the problem here is that a just response leads to politicians and judges getting fired and the establishment of tent-cities and shanty-towns into the realm of social normalcy, effectively crushing the ability to force people to have to pay to sleep and pointing to the fact that depending on a luxury industry is horrible and foolish... so, yes, it is all as huge as it gets- a remembrance of how to live naturally after we've over-populated a thousand-fold depending on the naivety of it (we're talking divine innovations with gardening and a pragmatism and cavalierness towards mortality).

... So, we, very much, have a case of knowing the right thing to do contending with the most powerful profiteers who, by the nature of their sacrifice, are psychotic... justifying themselves with the excuse that its o.k. to sell your souls for your children's sake. The question, now, is what infinite future do you want for your children? Do you want them to grow up retarded and secure or with freedom and an unsure future?... well, I guess that's redundant, too, as the future is not determined by any choice... or more, every choice has been determined by its history. Meaning history only has one course... which means everything... that the only excuse for fear or anger is naivety...

anyhoo...
