Spiral tells the story of the Blade Children, a group of cursed individuals who were born missing a rib.  As young high school student Narumi and his quirky companion, Hiyono work together to solve the mystery of who the Blade Children are, and why they are being attacked, in hopes of finding Narumi's missing brother in the process.

Reviews:

I first saw an episode of Spiral at Comic Con and immediately fell in love with it.  To this day it is one of my favorite animes.  It has a lot of intense action but it isn't gory like some action series.  Also, all of the characters are a lot smarter than me so it kept me guessing.  I don't know how to describe it any better than that so just watch it.
