YasumiCon 2003 and AFO4

This site will be for the pictures I took at Yasumi Con 2003 and AFO(Anime Festival Orlando) 4. There may be another page for the remainder of the pictures. (Hey, there are two Cons worth of pics here)
*cough* Anyways. Again, my two best friends Eve and Leah came with me to Yasumi Con, although neither of them came to AFO4, so I went alone. At Yasumi, I cosplayed as Hatsuharu Sohma of Fruits Basket, and as AFO4, I cosplayed as Mad Hatter(Belial) of Angel Sanctuary. Eve cosplayed as Sana Kurata of Kodomo No Omocha, and Leah cosplayed as a Professional Glomper/Princess Tutu.

This is my friend Melissa(or is it Megan?) whom I met for the first time at Yasumi Con. She did a fantastic Naruto costume. ^_^

This is a picture of yours truly, cosplaying as Hatsuharu Sohma of Fruits Basket! Yes, I did have a little stuffed animal Cow with me.

This is my friend Erin, whom I also met for the first time at Yasumi! She did an awesome Weiss Kreuz costume, with a really kickass sword.

Yes, that IS a custome-made stungun. I was in shock when I saw this Milly(from Trigun) cosplayer with that giant gun. It was perfect down to the last inch.

"Bath Time Youji." I'm just as baffled as you are, folks. But I had to take his picture.

Finally, a picture of Eve, cosplaying as Sana Kurata of Kodocha fame! ^_^ Yes, she made the hammer herself.

The girl to the right was cosplaying as Jesse of Team Rocket from Pokemon, and the girl to the left was cosplaying as Misao of Rurouni Kenshin.

Yu-Gi-Oh cosplay! *rejoices* It's a Bakura! And she had a millenium ring! *dances*

Finally, a picture of Leah in her Princess Tutu costume! You can't see it in the picture, but she's standing on the very tips of her toes. I don't know how she does that...

This was the very first Kikaider cosplay I've ever seen. It wasn't very elaborate, but I recognized it immediately.

I had to chase this girl down before I managed to get her picture. She was cosplaying as Alexiel of Angel Sanctuary! ^____^

It's a Sushi Chef! He made Sushi for us. It was the best sushi in the world.

Trigun cosplay! It's a Meryl and a Vash. They were cute. ^_^

Gundam Wing cosplay! YAAAAAY~!! This one's a Duo! ^.^

...And then Trowa passed by and I had to get a picture with the both of them. ^_^

This was the last picture I took at Yasumi. It's of one of my new friends, who cosplayed as Shinobu of Love Hina! She even has a turtle!

Now, onto the pictures I took at AFO4!

Ironically, the first picture I took of was not an anime cosplayer! This guy did an awesome skit during the cosplay competition, as Professor Severus Snape of the Harry Potter trilogy. The second I recognized him, I yelled, "SEVVIE-KUN!!" and that annoyed him severely. Heehee. ^_~

Right, if you live in South Florida and have attended most anime conventions, then you know about the infamous Pikachu car. This girl is the owner of that car. I think I worship this woman now. She was doing Zelda cosplay on Friday, and dressed up her Pikachu stuffed animal as Link.

This guy cosplayed as Kurama of Yu Yu Hakusho. He was one of only two YYH cosplayers I saw there.

Yes! More Angel Sanctuary cosplay! This guy was Setsuna. Since I was Mad Hatter on Friday, I chased him down too. ^_^

Although I did not go with Eve and Leah to AFO4, I did go with my brother Luke, and his girlfriend Crystal. He cosplayed as Naraku of InuYasha, and he got a lot of compliments on his costume. (Which Crystal made)

And this is a picture of Luke and Crystal together. She made a kimono herself, that she wore to the Con. Isn't she so talented? I really liked how both of the costumes came out.(And doesn't she look kind of like Kagura of InuYasha next to Naraku?)

I apologize for this picture. For some reason, when I went over to the Kareoke place to find Jason(aka Mana aka Mr. Hentai) the lighting was all wonky and so this picture and the next are both somewhat dark. But, at any rate, look at him! Look at that oh-so-sexy pose as Hide! (Another J-rocker.)

Again, this picture is bad. But it is of Jason on the Kareoke stage singing Cher. :D

I'm... uh... going to rate these next few pictures PG, just in case... there's really no good explanation for this, except... two words: "Hentai Twister." Jason won every round.

More Hentai Twister! This one, a bit more cutesy. Awwwwww. ^_^ Live Yaoi! (I was actually the one spinning the dial, and I was secretly cheating by choosing the spots that would put the two of them into more compromising positions. Muwahahah! Attack of the scheming yaoi fangirl! ^^)

Even More Hentai Twister! Um... this one isn't as bad as the one after this when another guy jumped in.
