If you haven't found Farore's Wind yet, it's a good time to get it. You might need it int he Water Temple.
The Ice Cavern might be hard to find for some people.
If you've arrived into the Ice Cavern, please stare at this beautiful map I've created for you wonderful people:
I did this.. maybe because a lot of people asked me to help them on the water temple.
So here I am, doing the good deeds for all you people out there. 
After you've returned from the Chamber of Sages when you received the Fire Medallion,
your Navi will call you and say to check out the icy winds blowing from Zora's River
which will lead you to the water medallion.
When you get to Zora's Domain, it's basically all ice!
This is after seven years without our handsome Link....
Oh well, at least we're here now!
Go to where you found Lord Jabu-Jabu and you'll find him missing!
But no worries, instead... there's a great Piece of Heart up for Grabs!
See the Ice? Jump them over and over again.
Just remember those ugly octopus monsters are there,
so kill them first so you don't have to slip off and start over with the jumping again. Becarful, the ice are slippery~!
The Great Fairy in the back of where lord Jabu-Jabu usually sits.
Just stick to the wall on the side and go upwards and
you'll probably find a small island soon enough.
Crack the wall up with a bomb and head in!
Stand on the Triforce symbol and play Zelda's Lullaby.
(C Left, C Up, C Right, C Left, C Up, C Right)
Stare at the map and head to the lower-right part of it.
Guide yourself to an exit point. You're gonna have to climb there on the ice.
Just like how you get to the Piece of Heart.
So just skip! (But don't slip!) There entrance is like this cave-looking thing,
it could be hard to find your way in the snowiness (If that's a word).
