Why Spike?

Why Spike? What makes him that special that I would dedicate this much time to him? First off he's really cute, but that's not half of it. He's is generally a cool person, easy going, and a great taste in clothes. He can take so much pain. Now if any of us were pushed out of a cathedral window, or hunted by a killing machine, we wouldn't be here would we? But Spike kept wingin' it. He reminds me of Vash sometimes. But he is a lot more dedicated to his girlfriend. Hiding your feelings is a hard thing to do and Spike does it everyday. He also had okay patience. If ANY of us had to live with Ed, Jet, Faye, and Ein..well we would throw ourselves into space wouldn't we? He's the only guy who can pull of a green afro I can tell you that. BUt on a more serious point, he knew when it was time to die. When Julia died he didn't really care what happened to him. And I think he wanted to die so he could be with Julia forever. He might have gone to hell but so might have Julia. They were both overall okay people. When they found each other they seemed to turn their lives around. And he says such cool things! "I'll be waiting by the graves, BY the graves not in one." "I'm going to see if I'm really alive." I'm getting the chills repeating them! He never explains why he does things he just does them. No dramatic speeches or anything like that. So many other animes become un-appealing because of all the stupid speeches! Whelp that's all my reasons.
