Notes: A robot designed for marine combat, but fights well on dry land also. He's well equipped, carrying a harpoon gun on one arm cannon, and his Water Wave in the other. The Water Wave creates high-pressure columns of water.
Strengths: Waveman is certainly an advancement over the earlier Bubbleman model, with his ability to fight on land and has better methods of attack.
Weaknesses: Waveman spends a lot of time attacking from the ground. Try a weapon that specializes in traveling across the ground.
