Notes: Clownman was built of an incredibly light frame which gives him suprising agility. His arms can extend to great length, and can be charged with electricity. However, I wonder if Clownman was originally designed as Wily's personal jester?
Weaknesses: Clownman has a small and light chassis. Wind will not only throw him around, but can also tangle up his long arms.
