The Digimon Kaiser
A young human who has declared himself the supreme ruler of the Digital World. He hurts digimon for fun and enslaves them with an Evil Ring that forces them to obey his every command. He also sets up Dark Towers in his wake that not only power the Rings, but they also prevent digimon from evolving.
Wormmon

The Kaiser’s constant companion. For some reason, the Kaiser chose not to enslave Wormmon with an Evil Ring. However, he views Wormmon as worthless and often pretends he doesn’t exist at all – when he’s not beating him just for kicks.
MetalGreymon

Sig Attack(s): Giga Destroyer, Trident Arm
In his search for the perfect partner, the Kaiser captures Taichi’s Agumon and, using the dark power of his new Evil Spiral, forces him to evolve to an aggressive and malevolent MetalGreymon.
Chimeramon
Evo Level: Perfect
Sig Attack(s): Heat Viper
The Kaiser’s ultimate creation, constructed using inspirations from other digimon. But due to the tremendous amount of dark energy used to make him, even the Kaiser finds himself unable to control it.
Archnemon

This hideous spider-creature often takes the disguise of a mysterious woman in dark glasses. After failing to use the Kaiser for her dirty work, she sets out creating chaos in the Digital World by transforming the Kaiser’s Dark Towers into evil and violent digimon.
Mummymon

Sig Attack(s): Necrophobia, Snake Bandage
Archnemon’s partner. He seems to have a crush on Archnemon and is constantly trying to impress her. While he never appears to succeed, he still fights by her side until the end.
Black WarGreymon
Evo Level: Ultimate
Sig Attack(s): Gaia Force, Black Tornado
Desperate to defeat the Chosen, Archnemon constructs this terrible monster from one hundred Dark Towers. He quickly ditches Archnemon, though, and sets off on his own, in hope of discovering some sort of meaning to his existence.
Yukio Oikawa
A mysterious human that seems to be controlling Archnemon and Mummymon. He seems totally obsessed with going to the Digital World.
Demon
Evo Level: Ultimate
Sig Attack(s): Flame Inferno
A dark digimon from a different plane than the Digital World. He and his demon army seek the awesome evil power from the Dark Seed.
BelialVamdemon
Evo Level: Ultimate
Sig Attack(s): Pandemonium Flare, Melting Blood
Vamdemon’s spirit still lingered after his defeat. He was able to resurrect himself using the Dark Seeds and evolve into an even more terrifying form.
Wendimon
Evo Level: Adult
Sig Attack(s): Destroyed Voice
Wendimon is the Adult stage of Chocomon, Wallace’s partner that mysteriously vanished three years ago. He has recently escaped from the dimension he was carried off to, and aggressively and desperately hunts for Wallace.
Armagemon

Sig Attack(s): Black Rain
A composite digimon formed by hundreds of Kuramon that escaped from the Internet. This titanic beast is extraordinarily powerful; not even Omegamon may be able to defeat him…
