Ch 6 Shadow Realm Showdown

Tenshi entered the cold shadow realm, her senses keen. Marik was somewhere in here and she knew it, just hiding. She walked into the endless void, following the star that pointed towards Marik.

Her star had the same power as Bakura’s ring, she didn’t know how. In the couple of years she had spent with Marik, she noticed her star had the same power as his rod, Yami’s puzzle, Shadi’s key and scale, Bakura’s ring, Pegasus eye and Ishuz’s necklace. She could control people, send people to the shadow realm, unlock peoples minds and read their thoughts, she could take peoples souls and erase their minds, and take people to the future or the past. She had a lot of mishaps with these powers.

Especially with the owner of the one of the card shops she went to. But her star had it’s own power, she could change ones personality. She tried it on Marik, it worked for awhile, but it wore off. She needed to find out how to make it permanent. Maybe she could make Marik good, forever. That would be nice, she would hate to destroy him. Even though he’s all mean and wants to take over the world, he was kind to her all three years she was with him.

She smiled remembering that one day when she gotten sick from the cold of the tombs, he wouldn’t go to sleep all night until her temp dropped from 102 to 100.

The star began to glow, he was close.

“Marik come out!! Stop hiding or are you a coward,” she yelled. Her eyes darted left and right, her heart beating.

“Your dead, how?” Marik voice seemed all around her. She kept on looking, on guard.

“My Yami is back, Sorceress Tenshi saved me!” she yelled. Marik came out of the darkness and stood before her. His eyes glowed red, he remembered her.

“The sorceress Tenshi, the one Priest Set stole from me. I loved her and he took her away,” he yelled angrily, “but she loved him, I decided if I couldn’t have her no one could. So I decided to get rid of her, but that stupid star took her away, before I could do it. Now this time, you were the one I loved, then the recarnation of Set has fallen for you.” His eyes had a hint of sadness in them, but it quickly disappeared.

“I know how you feel, but you can find another love,” she told him, stepping foreword to comfort him. He pulled out the knife he had killed her before.

“You will die, forever this time. Tenshi’s not here, to save you. Set will never see you again!” He charged, she dodged his blow. She unstrapped the knife from her belt. (a/n From ch 4)

“I guess I won’t be able to make you nice, goodbye,” she whispered. She charged, her hand gripping the knife in her hand. He lunged her, scrapping her arm. She stumbled back, and held her wound. She charged again and managed to lead the knife into his arm, he screamed in pain.

The star began to glow, a blast emitted into Marik’s eyes. Just before he fainted he threw the knife at Tenshi’s chest. She fell into darkness, once again.
