| {Who is Sesshoumaru} | Sesshoumaru is known as the Lord of the Western Lands, and one of the most powerful youkai known. Naraku once referred to Sesshoumaru's power as being something similar to the perfect youkai, so his power is pretty well known throughout the land. For the most part though he is simply known as InuYasha's older brother, and since InuYasha is the main character and he and Sesshoumaru don't get along he can also be seen as one of the main villains. Sesshoumaru is often seen trying to kill InuYasha; although, I'm not sure if that warrants him as a "villain" |

{Personality} | Sesshoumaru is cold, calm, collected, and confident to the point of almost seeming arrogant. You never know what to expect from him; his character is a mystery. Jaken described him as someone who is extremely proud, and no matter what it may look like on the outside he'd be seething inside if he were ever to be made a fool of. Sesshoumaru is a man of few words, but when he does say something he is extremely blunt, there is no beating around the bush. He may also seem to be a bit sarcastic in his word choice, especially when talking to InuYasha. Sesshoumaru isn't one to hide behind his minions or send others to do his dirty work. He's pretty straight forward; he isn't what you would call sneaky and he doesn't resort to dirty tactics everything he does is clear cut. When looking at him, his whole being admits a powerful aura and he carries himself in a very regal manner. Sesshoumaru looks down on humans he in the words of InuYasha "sees them as insects". |

{Appearance} | Sesshoumaru has long silver hair and beautiful amberish golden eyes. He is easily recognized by his markings: a prussian blue crescent moon on his forehead, the two magenta stripes on each side of his cheeks, the red marks on his eyelids, the matching magenta stripes on his wrist, elvish ears, and sharp claws. His clothing is "kimono-ish" with armor that slings over his left shoulder, and a white furry thing (which I think is his tail) slung over his right shoulder. |
