Stats come next, they are:

Hp-Hit points. When Hp reaches 0, you are unconcious, your opponent decides if he kills you or not, if another character wants to prevent that death, normal battle rules apply

DE-Dark Energy. DE is used to do Special attacks. It can be "gathered" in place of attacking. 10 DE is returned to you if you gather it

Atk-Attack. This is what you use to determine that damage a normal attack will do. You Wpn+ added to you Str, determine this stat

Def-Defense. Def is what you compare to the Atk stat to determine damage received from normal attacks. Dex plus Arm+ equal this stat

Str-Strength. How strong a character is, add this to Wpn+ to get your Atk

Dex-Dexterity. How much your body can take without armour, add this to Arm+ to get your Def

Spd-Speed. This is how fast a character is, and how effectively you can dodge energy attacks, also the fighter with the highest speed attacks first, if they are equal, then Agi is used, if equal, then Lck is used

Agi-Agility. This is your ability to dodge physical attacks

Res-Resistence. This is you defense against energy attacks

Int-Intelligence. This is how smart your character is, it determises your ability to learn certain attacks

Lck-Luck. This stat determines many various things, and all things that require this will say so

Atk#-Attack Number. How many atacks you get when it is your turn

Wpn+-Weapon Plus. How much your weapon adds to your Str to get you Atk

Arm+-Armour Plus. How much your armour adds to your Dex to get your Def

Well, now that you know that, we will go over how you determine your Level 1 stats

All stats, excluding Atk, Def, Atk#, Wpn+ and Arm+, start off at 15. Then You get 20 free points called Growth Points or G.P. These can be put where ever you like to up your stats. There is a G.P. chart under the Other Info link that you can consult for this.
