Reapers are the collectors of the fallen. They gather the souls of the lost and do with them as they please. Take the good to heaven, maybe to hell, maybe neither, it all depends on the reaper. They have very little reaction to pain, being known to dismember themselves in a battle simply to confuse their enemy, which makes them almost impossible to kill. Some reapers deny their duty to deliver their collected souls to eternity, instead using them to make themselves stronger. Reapers all have two appearances, the stereotypical skeletal figure and a more "human" look.
