King Kai

King Kai is the Kaio of the North Quadrant and the creator of Kaio-Ken as well as the Spirit Bomb. We are first introduced to the joke-telling menace when Goku dies after Raditz and finishes crossing Snake Way. King Kai isn't the greatest at telling jokes and training methods unorthodox, but effective. King Kai later on becomes obsolete after his death but shows up here and there.
