Chiaotzu

Chiaotzu is a young emperor who is a faithful companion to Tien. In Dragon Ball they wind up in a bad crowd and do evil things along the way. During the 22nd Budokai however Tien and Chiaotzu start down the right path and continue. Chiaotzu mainly just plays Tiens follower and a sacrificial warrior throughout DBZ. As soon as the Sayajin Saga ends Chiaotzu becomes obsolete. Chiaotzu mainly is associated with his great psychic abilities and sometimes the Dodon Ray.
