Bulma

Bulma is the genius that invented the Dragon Radar by tracing their static waves to create a signal and all that other good technical stuff. Anyway, Bulma when she was a girl liked to flaunt herself around and some "stuff" happens along the way. Bulma doesn't really play any good role cept for making the dragon radar and if you like trunks...well Bulma is his mom.
