k well first i need put a disclaimer...ya know...
DISCLAIMER: I do not own pokemon! or any other characters in this story! I DO HOWEVER, own the plot! I made this story, and i'd LOVE to keep it :D. Don't sue me man...psht plz O.o all i'd give you is like 3 bucks cuz that's all i have O.o;;

When I was born, I came into this world, this world of darkness. I couldn't see. I didn't know what was going on, and as I got older I had to learn to become accustomed to my other senses. It was very hard for me, no one seemed to like me and I liked to be alone. I never found out the value of friendship until I was much older.
It all started on a sunny day, I was sitting under a bush, as usual, minding my own business, when I heard something. My ears are very sensetive, due to my blindness. I waited for a minute to see if I could figure out what it was. Then when I was sure that I knew what it was, I left my bush and wandered out into the world.
I had never really left my bush, except to look for food, and that wasn't often since I didn't really get very hungry. It was strange to me at first, it seemed like my world suddenly got brighter. I sniffed a little to check and see if I could recognize anything in the air. I smelt fear. The hairs on my back started to stand up and i bared my teeth, but still I went on.
As I walked further, the smell of fear got stronger, and finally, it got so strong that I could barely stand it. I hid in a bush and waited to see if anything would happen.
I waited for about 10 minutes before I saw anything. I was getting to the point that I couldn't bear the smell any longer. I was just about to stand up when something walked by the bush I was hiding in. I cautiosly peeked out from the bush and looked at the person who had walked by.
At first I was stunned by the sound of the way she walked. I knew she had to be graceful. I wondered how someone so graceful could be so full of fear. I heard the sound of sobbing, and then a kind of *thump*. I started walking cautiously out of the bush and when I got to the graceful girl, I stopped. The smell of fear was so great I could barely stand it. I cautiously jumped into her lap and poked her. She started and I think she looked at me, because I heard a little gasp.
I wasn't really sure what to do, so I just sat in her lap. She reached her hand down to my head and I flinched.
"Awww poor thing!" She cried. "What are you doing out here?" Her voice was heavenly. I didn't know anything could be so pure. I snuggled closer to her and she started to pet me. "You must be lonely. I'm lonely too. Would you like to come with me?"
By this time the smell of fear had gone down immensly. She picked me up and started walking. I lifted my head up towards teh sound of her voice. "Oh, is it scary?" she questioned. I settled down and she kept walking. I fell asleep in her arms.
When I woke up I was in a soft bed. I'd never felt anything so wonderful before. I sat up and looked around. There was nobody in the room. I lay back down and stayed in bed for a little while.
Suddenly, the door opened. I heard two sets of footsteps walking in. I waited a minute and then I heard the girl talking. She sounded angry,
"You have no right to be here! Why are you even coming NEAR this house?!" She yelled at the other person.
A man's voice started talking. "I came to see if you're ok. I was worried about you because you weren't answering your phone."
"Yeah, right, worried about ME! Tell me why YOU would be worried about me. Now."
"I was worried about you because i miss you. I miss the old times we used to have together. I really do Kariana."
She sighed and walked over to me and started petting me. "I'm sorry Josh, it's just hard to beleive that you would be worrying about me. You were just so...different then. And now you've...changed. I know it's hard." I sat up and nuzzled her hand a bit.
"So, what's that?" Josh questioned. I guessed he was reffering to me, so I jumped off the bed and walked towards him. He laughed a bit and picked me up. "You're a cute little guy!" He said and petted me.
"Be nice to him, Josh. He's not very old, and I just found him outside a little ways down the road. I don't know what I'm going to call him though."
"Maybe you should just let him go...I mean he's really cute and all, but he might be too much work for you."
"No, I'm not going to let him go, look how skinny he looks!"
"Yeah...but, still..."
"No, no buts about it. I'm keeping him. He won't be too much trouble, will you Kiyoshi?" She laughed and patted me on the head.
Josh passed me to Kariana. "Well I guess I should be going." He leaned over to Kariana and was about to kiss her, but she started talking. "Josh...maybe you should just go. I don't want to get into this again. Really."
He stood up and I could tell he was starting to get kind of mad. "Ok then. I'll see you later." And with that, he walked out the door.
Kariana sighed and put me back on the bed. "I just don't know what to do about him Kiyoshi! He always comes on my property and I don't like it. Maybe I should call the police...I just don't want to get him in touble, that's all. He's changed so much and I don't know what to do about him. He used to be really violent and he always wanted something or other from me. I just don't know what to do." She sighed again. "I guess I'll sleep on it."
When I woke up in the morning Kariana was still sleeping. I poked her and she stirred a little, but then she fell back asleep. I was hungry, so I got up to go and look for some food. I sniffed my way around the house and didn't find anything, so I went back up to Kariana's room and poked her again. This time she woke up and giggled. "I bet you're hugry, huh, Kiyoshi?" I nodded and she laughed again. "ok, well lets go get you some food."
She picked me up and carried me down the stairs. She put me down on a counter and walked across the room. "hmmm...what do you want to eat?" She asked me. I made a confused face and she laughed again. "ok, how about some cereal?" She got something and put it in a bowl. She opened the fridge and grabbed something that sounded heavy. She poured something into the bowl and put the thing that sounded heavy back into the fridge. She walked over to me and put the bowl in front of my face. I put my nose into the bowl and sniffed the contents. It smelled good, so I started eating it. It was the best food I'd ever had, and I wolfed down three bowls before I got full.
When I had done that Kariana picked me up and carried me back upstairs. She put me down on the bed and changed into the clothes she would wear for the day.
When she got done brushing her teeth and changing, she picked me up again and carried me down the stairs. She opened the front door and put me down outside. She walked around a little, and picked something up. I followed her until she stopped by something that smelled very clean and fresh. "Wanna' help me with the gardening huh?" She asked. I didn't know what she meant so i just nodded and sat there. She started moving around and pulling things out of the ground. I thought she wanted me to pull things out of the ground too, so I walked over to something and pulled it out of the ground.
"Kiyoshi, don't pull those ones out of the ground!" She scolded me. "Pull these ones out." She pointed to one, but since I couldn't see I didn't know which one she meant. I just got up and walked around a little bit more.
I found a cool shady spot near the house and sat down. I sniffed the grass and it smelled good, so I ate a couple blades. Almost as soon as I sat down, I fell asleep.
I was woken up by the sound of yelling. I sat up drowsily and rubbed my eyes. It sounded like Kariana was in trouble, so I ran to where the yelling was coming from.
"LET ME GO YOU SON OF A BITCH!" Kariana screamed. I was alarmed and i didn't know what to do. I just ran around and bit something that was holding Kariana.
"AHHHHHHHGHCK!!" The thing I bit screamed. It sounded like Josh. I knew at once it was him when he kicked me and yelled "LOUSY ANIMAL!"
I flew back and hit the wall of the house. Kariana screamed at Josh and bit his arm. He let her go and she ran over to me and grabbed me. "Let's get out of here Kiyoshi!" She ran out of the yard with Josh following us.
Kariana ran as fast as she could, but Josh was faster. He tackled Kariana to the ground and I flew out of her arms. I immediatly went unconsious.
"Ughck. Let go of me Josh."
"Not until you give me what I want." Josh sneered. He grabbed me and bound my wrists together.
"WHAT are you doing?!" I screamed. "Let me go!" I screamed at Kiyoshi, but he was unconsious.
Josh continued tying my wrists together. "I'm going to get what I've wanted." He sneered at me again and laughed. "And I'm not about to let you go until you give it to me."
My eyes widened. "You wouldn't-"
"I WOULD!" He screamed.
Tears came to my eyes as he bound my ankles together. "Please Josh, no, don't do this. I'll give you whatever you want. Please."
He sneered again. "I don't have any pity for you Kariana. You can say whatever you want and I'm not going to change."
"Please!" I cried out. He slapped me. I yelped and he slapped me again. "Listen to me Kariana! I want you, I need you."
"No you don't!" I cried and he slapped me again. At that point I lost my consiousness.
I woke up in a dark room in a soft bed. "Kiyoshi?" I asked.
"Kiyoshi isn't here, Kariana." Josh said. I moaned and sat up. I looked at my ankles and looked up at Josh.
"why are my ankles chained to this...bed?" I asked cautiosly.
"Oh, that. Well, I figured that you might try to run away." He got up and came and sat on the bed. "I love you." He sneered and leaned over to kiss me.
I kissed him back, I thought that maybe if I kissed he he'd let me go. "Please Josh." He only kissed me more. I thought I would die.
"Kariana, I'm never gonna' let you go. I love you too much." I started sobbing, but all he did was wrap his arms around me more and kissed me more. I tried to kick him but remembered that my ankles were in chains. I hoped maybe if I could hold him off long enough someone would come to my rescue.
I woke up and sniffed the air. It hurt to move or do anything. I didn't smell Kariana and I was worried. I knew that Josh was going to do something bad.
I got up slowly and went to the place that Kariana had been. I smelt fear and anger, but no one was there. I decided to follow the scent of Kariana.
I followed her scent through the forest and over rocks. At one point I came to a highway. I knew that it was dangerous to cross, but I had to find Kariana. I cautiously put a foot on the asphalt. I ran across the highway and started sniffing on the other side. I found Kariana's scent and followed it again.
After a while I heard sobbing and I ran to a cabin. The smell of Kariana was very strong here so I ran around the house trying to find a doorstep so I could get in.
When I found the doorstep I climbed up it slowly and sniffed the door. Kariana was definately here.
I charged the door over and over again. I finally broke it down, and went flying into the cabin.
"son of a...what the hell?! What are you doing here?! I thought I killed you!" It was Josh. He was on a bed with Kariana and Kariana was sobbing. At the thought of Kariana even sniffling a little bit I got very angry. I bared my teeth and jumped on the bed. Josh looked at me and sneered. "You little runt get out!" I growled and bit him. "AGHCK!" Josh screamed. "GET OUT OF HERE!" He yelled and grabbed me. before I knew what I was doing, a powerful blast of psychic energy came from me and Josh was on the floor, motionless.
Kariana stopped sobbing and gasped. "what...was that Kiyoshi?" She asked me cautiously. "...Oh well, I don't know, help me get these chains off my ankles, please." I ran to the end of the bed and sniffed Kariana's ankles. They smelled like blood, and they were sticky. I got very angry that someone would even think about doing this to Kariana. At the thought, another powerful blast of energy broke the chains and Kariana was free.
Kariana got off the bed and stumbled to the floor. She started sobbing again and crawled to her clothes. She pulled them on slowly and by the time she had got them on, Josh was starting to move a little. I hurried her and this time, instead of her picking me up, I made an invisible force field around us and we were invisible. I made us float all the way back to Kariana's cabin and put a force feild around that too.
I helped Kariana up the stairs and to her bed and she fell asleep immediately. I curled up by her side and fell asleep too.
Kariana slept all the next day and through the next. When she finally woke up I was starving and I nudged her down the stiars.
She seemed very depressed, but she still got me some cereal. She sat down at the table and cried. I jumped on the table and nuzzled her, but she was still crying. "oh Kiyoshi! I can't beleive he did that! It was horrible...I'll never recover!"
At that point she stood up and grabbed a knife. "I can't take this Kiyoshi!" My eyes widened and I yelped. I jumped up and knocked the knife out of her hand. "Kiyoshi...please!" I shook my head and nuzzled her. She sighed. "I think I need to call the police...he really is getting out of hand if he's going to do that kind of stuff."
