New Namek: The planet the nameks moved to after the freeza saga where they recreated the dragonballs and still live today. Training features: Terain, Guru's Training Grounds(pl x3), DB hunting New Vegeta: There were more living sayians than Freeza realized and after the destruction of their planet and the death of Freeza they settled this planet and began to rebuild their race. Training features: Terain, Gravity chamber room(pl x3), Oozaru training(learn to control oozaru before going ss, learn to control golden oozaru) Yardrat: This is the planet where goku crashed after leaving namek in the freeza saga. The people of this planet taught him Instant Transmition. Supreme Kai's planet: Home of Kabitokai and Elder Kai, however after the fight between buu and the z fighters. Training Features: Terrian, mystic learning Grand Kai's Planet: Top three fighters go here. Where the greatest fighters who are aloud to keep their bodies can go. Can train with grand kai for a transformation called ultamite fighter whis does x5 to your pl while in the form, but must pass a test and be willing to stay here for 2 weeks(if you fail the test and it is known you had time to complete it you may be mildly punished). Can go anywhere else in spirit world from here.pl triples here. Normal Spirit World: Go here if you make the owners mad but have not done evil things. can only train 3 self trainings per day. pl doubles. Dead Zone: Really really evil people go here. you cannot train and the only ways to get out are to be wished out by the dark star balls, or for someone to open it(which will not happen).
