Puar

Puar is Yamcha's loyal side kick and best friend, who helps him rob people who pass through the desert. This furry creature resembles a blue cat and has the ability to shapeshift into whatever form he chooses just like Oolong. Only unlike Oolong, Puar can keep a shape for however long he wants. Apparently, Puar went to the same kindergarten as Oolong but Oolong was expelled after stealing someone's panties. Evidently, Oolong also bullied Puar there. Not surprisingly, their first encounter since then, when Goku and friends meet Yamcha, was not very friendly. It seems as though they haven't had any problems since then. He is not a fighter and is more of a spectator than anything else.
