Devil Man

Devil Man is the fourth fighter of Uranai Baba's minions, who's purpose is to beat up the people who can't pay for Baba's fortune telling. Devil Man was originally the fifth fighter in the Baba fight, but Grandpa Gohan took his place as the last. He has a blast that searches for the evil in someone's heart and then destroys them. Unfortunately for Devil Man, Goku has nothing but pure goodness in his heart and so Goku easily defeats him.
