And so, we pass on our powers to a new generation in the hopes they can do what we could not... Defeat the darkness and bring forth the light...

Welcome to Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Celestial Scouts, the "daughter" site of Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Neo Scouts. 
 
This site takes place 20 years after the Neo Scouts defeated Elhaym and brought what was supposed to be "the eternal light" to the galaxies.
 
When the Neo Scouts defeated Elhyam, they thought it was all over. No darkness, no evil, no fighting. Nothing.
 
Unfortunately, they were wrong. Dead wrong.
 
The darkness was never defeated; it merely went into hiding, waiting for the chance to strike again.
 
And now that the  granddaughters of the original senshi have reached the age to receive their powers, it's ready to take action.
 
But it won't be that easy.
 
This time, Fanel has two new senshi, Chiyobug, a.k.a., Sailor Celestial Fanel, and her twin brother, Chiyokaiketsu, a.k.a., Celestial Fanel Knight.
 
Will the darkness be overpowered? Or is this just the beginning of a long war?
 
As Setsuna would say, "Only time will tell".
