You must have a website.
It can't be a porn/hentai site.
It can be DBZ/Sailor Moon/Final Fantasy site. I'll take any site that's anime-related. It doesn't even have to be anime. It can be a site dedicated to snowglobes, poetry, fantasy, etc.
You must provide me with an 88 x 31 button (or bigger or smaller, I don't care :) )
