Oh no! The City water supply has ran dry! The People are panicing. Madd has taken Dr. Hiwarika (Owner of the Waterworks) hostage and is forcing his son to use his navi Iceman to help stop all water from running in the city. The City is in trouble, people are getting hot and dehyrating fast, Netto and friends must find out what is World 3 up to this time and end it and save the Hiwaraka family. Can they succeed?
