1. Sergeant Metallic - Goku fights him on the third floor of Muscle Tower. Goku has to knock off his head and after a while Metallic shuts down.

2. RR Army Robot - A robot that does not have to be run by a human. Is a rather small robot and does not have any weapons.

3. Pirate Robot - An old robot used to guard an old treasure. Has a machine gun built in for his left arm and the gun has an unlimited supply of ammo. The right hand is used to hold his sword.

4. Cyborg Taopaipai - Taopaipai was originally killed by Goku so he comes back and fights in the 23rd Tenkaichi Budoukai so that he can get his revenge. He is defeated however by Tien.
